Smoked Mackerel Mascarpone Pâté - Galbani
Preparation

Finely slice the herbs.

Mix with Galbani Mascarpone.

Add lemon zest and juice.

Flake in the mackerel and mix until it comes together.

Adjust seasoning.

Allow to chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Toast ciabatta and serve with cornichons. Garnish with dill.
