Wash and dry the lettuce, then cut the leaves into small pieces.
Finely chop the basil leaves.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and drain the mini balls of Galbani Mozzarella.
Cut the apple into cubes and finely chop the onion into small dices.
Add the mini balls of Galbani Mozzarella, apple cubes, diced onion, cherry tomatoes and lettuce in a large serving bowl. Season with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve.
