Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to a large pan on a high heat.
Cook your minced beef patties in the pan for two minutes on each side.
While the second side is cooking, lay a slice of Galbani Mozzarella Cucina on top.
When the Galbani Mozzarella has fully melted, put the steaks aside for later.
While the steaks are cooking, cut your ciabatta bread in half and grill for a few minutes in the toaster. They should be crispy and golden, while remaining soft in the middle.
1. Spread a tablespoon of fresh pesto sauce on the bottom of the ciabatta bread.
2. Place a cooked minced beef patty with melted Galbani Mozzarella on the bottom bread.
3. Place a thin slice of parma ham on the steak and cover it with a few rocket leaves.
4. Finally, cover the top half of the ciabatta bread and serve while the steak is still hot.
