Drain the Galbani Mozzarella Maxi in a sieve to remove any excess water, then cut into sticks.
Place the flour into a small bowl, then whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the Galbani Paesano Grattugiato Dry Grated Cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs and parsley into a third bowl. Mix well.
Coat the Galbani Mozzarella Maxi sticks in the flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumb mix. Transfer to a plate, cover and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Add olive oil to a large frying pan on a high heat. Carefully add the Galbani Mozzarella Maxi sticks and cook until the breadcrumbs are golden. Drain any excess oil on a piece of kitchen paper. Serve hot.
