Galbani x Garofalo Brand Collaboration

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. These terms and conditions are for the Galbani Instagram Prize Draw, in partnership with Garofalo UK. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by Lactalis McLelland Ltd, The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA.
3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. Entry must be made between X.03.23 and before 23:59 BST on X.03.23. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.
8. One winner will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.
9. The winner will receive, unless otherwise stated, a selection of products from Garofalo UK and Galbani, including; 2x Farfalle, 2x Cappelletti, 2x Pappardelle, 2x Fusilli Lunghi, 2x Primavera, 2x Bucatini, 2x Galbani Dolcelatte (150g), 2x Galbani Mozzarella Mini (150g), 2x Galbani Mozzarella Ball (125g), 2x Galbani Ricotta (250g) and 2x Galbani Burrata (150g). The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
10. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within five days of the draw date.
11. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
12. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
13. The winner’s Instagram ‘handle’ will be announced on the Galbani Instagram page and displayed on the Galbani Giveaway terms & conditions here: X.
14. Employees of Lactalis McLelland Ltd., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
15. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
16. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
17. The competition has now closed and the winner has been announced. Congratulations to X.
