Galbani Burrata Bar - Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions are for the Galbani Instagram. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
The Prize Draw is organised by Lactalis McLelland Ltd, The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA.
You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is free to enter.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Only one entrant per household is permitted.
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must take a picture of their Burrata dish from the Burrata Bar event taking place on the 5^th of September 2024 and upload it to their Instagram, tagging @galbaniuk along with the hashtag #galbaniburratabar. Entrants must also be following @galbaniuk.
Influencers who have been privately invited to the Galbani Burrata Bar by Galbani or Lactalis are not eligible to enter. Should an influencer be drawn as a winner, there will be a redraw
The entry must fulfil the Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Official Rules will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Giveaway entrants may not enter using multiple Instagram accounts or identities in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. Use of fraudulent methods or otherwise attempting to circumvent the Official Rules shall be grounds for immediate removal and ineligibility from the Giveaway.
Entry must be made before 23:59 BST on 06.09.24. The draw will be made within 5 working days of the Prize Draw closing.
Three winners will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.
The winners will receive, unless otherwise stated, a bundle of Galbani products, including: Galbani Mozzarella 125g, Galbani Mozzarella Cucina 400g, Galbani Mini Mozzarella 150g, Galbani Burrata 150g, Galbani Mascarpone 250g, Galbani Ricotta 250g and Galbani Dolcelatte 150g. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
The winners will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within 5 days of the draw date.
If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
The winners’ Instagram ‘handles’ will be announced on the Galbani Instagram page and displayed on the Galbani terms and conditions website page.
Employees of Lactalis McLelland Ltd., Caledonian Cheese Company, McLelland Cheese Packing, Fresh Milk Company Lubborn Cheese, its suppliers, agents, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
