Galbani Burrata Bar giveaway Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions are for the Galbani Instagram. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by Lactalis McLelland Ltd, The Creamery, Commerce Road, Stranraer, DG9 7DA.
3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. To receive one entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must sign into Instagram and complete all of the following; i) Follow @galbaniuk on Instagram, ii) Like the Giveaway Post which can be found on the @galbaniuk Instagram feed and iii) Tag a friend in a comment on the aforementioned Giveaway Post.
8. While entrants can enter multiple times, by tagging different people in separate comments, they may only tag each person once.
9. The entry must fulfil the Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Official Rules will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Giveaway entrants may not enter using multiple Instagram accounts or identities in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. Use of fraudulent methods or otherwise attempting to circumvent the Official Rules shall be grounds for immediate removal and ineligibility from the Giveaway.
10. Entry must be made before 23:59 BST on 26.08.24. The draw will be made within 3 days of the Prize Draw closing.
11. Two winners will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.
12. The winners will receive, unless otherwise stated, two early entry tickets to the opening of the Galbani pop-up Burrata Bar. The event will take place at 83 Rivington Street, Shoreditch, London on the 4th of September 2024, from 5:30pm to 8pm, and the winners will be asked to choose a 1-hour serving slot prior to attending the event. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. The prize does not include transport or accommodation for the event.
13. The winners will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within 3 days of the draw date.
14. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 3 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
15. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity. This may include being visible in static and video content shared by Galbani. By accepting the prize invitation, the winners agree to this.
16. The winner’s Instagram ‘handle’ will be announced on the Galbani Instagram page and displayed on the Galbani terms and conditions website page.
17. Employees of Lactalis McLelland Ltd., Caledonian Cheese Company, McLelland Cheese Packing, Fresh Milk Company Lubborn Cheese, its suppliers, agents, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
18. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.

The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
