Galbani Mozzarella Sticks


  • Galbani Mozzarella Maxi 250g
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 50g semola flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Handful of Galbani Parmesan
  • 100g plain flour
  • Handful of parsley

Preparation Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into sticks OR tear them into rough shapes
  2. In a baking tray, mix the bread crumbs, fresh parsley and parmesan
  3. Coat the mozzarella in the egg and flour, then roll in the breadcrumb mix. Freeze for two hours
  4. Deep fry and serve
