Galbani Mascarpone pancake stack


  • 135g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 130ml milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Galbani Mascarpone

Preparation Instructions

  1. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl, mix the egg and milk together and whisk in the melted butter
  2. Pour the milk mix into the flour mix and beat till smooth
  3. Heat a frying pan or skillet and drop the mix in to make 4” pancakes
  4. Remove, stack and top with Galbani mascarpone and fruits
