Mozzarella and Parma ham crostini



Medium 15 minutes Nibbles

Ingredients
Quantities for: 4 people
  1. 2 Galbani Balls 125g
  2. 100g Parma ham
  3. 60g butter
  4. 1 French stick

Preparation instructions

Cut the Galbani Mozzarella Ball into twelve even slices and cut the bread into twelve slices about 1 cm thick. Lightly toast the bread slices, spread on a metal plate, cover with the mozzarella slices and toast in a hot oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes until the mozzarella is completely melted. Arrange the crostini on plates, top with a slice of Parma ham and melted butter and serve very hot.
