Galbani Gorgonzola D.O.P. Intenso, the long-established Italian DOP blue cheese is made from pasteurised cow's milk exclusively from the area under the Protection Authority of Gorgonzola.
Intenso has a compact yet elastic paste and is medium-ripened with an intense marbling.
With its strong traditional flavour, sharper and more robust than Cremoso it is an ideal ingredient in salads, baked or grilled dishes adding an Italian twist to any recipe or superb eaten on its own with figs or grapes.
Keep refrigerated.
