How to make a Tiramisù

  Tip 1
Use extra-fresh eggs and the Galbani Mascarpone, the No. 1 in Italy

Fold the egg whites gently into the prepared mixture
  Tip 2
Mix egg yolks, sugar and mascarpone until they become a consistent mixture
  Tip 5
Do not soak the cookies for too long - only soak for 1 to 2 seconds in the liquid
  Tip 3
Beat the egg whites until stiff and very firm
  Tip 6
Be creative! Use the egg, sugar, Galbani Mascarpone as the basis for numerous kinds of tiramisu – invent new recipes as you please!


Some ideas

Replace the traditional biscuit fingers with other kinds of biscuits, cake, or gingerbread

Replace the coffee with a chocolate sauce, red fruit coulis, liquor, syrup, or caramel with salted butter

Between the biscuits and the preparation, add the ingredient of your choice: raspberry, golden apples to the pan, pears, coconut cream or brown sugar
