Mozzarella is the classic Italian cheese with the fresh, milky flavour traditionally eaten with tomatoes and basil as a 'Caprese' salad.

In 1957, Galbani was the first to package mozzarella in brine to ensure freshness. This insistence on providing excellent product quality continues proudly today. You can be sure that every Galbani Mozzarella will be fresh and soft with the delicious taste of milk.

Whilst many Italians enjoy eating mozzarella pure and simply on its own, it's also a great partner to antipasti, sandwiches or bruschetta.

Galbani Mozzarella in brine, once drained, can also be used in hot dishes but if you'd prefer a slightly drier mozzarella for cooking, why not try Galbani Mozzarella Cucina?
