It has a famously soft texture, making it extremely versatile - fantastic on its own, great as an addition to pasta, pizza, risotto and more!

Here are some more inspiring ways to try Dolcelatte®:

  • In sauces
  • In pies / tarts
  • In cauliflower cheese / potato gratins - as a delicious change from cheddar
  • To perk up a salad
  • In cubes, stirred into hot soup
  • Mashed into soft butter and used on steaks and jacket potatoes

To store, keep refrigerated.
