Baked belgium endive and Dolcelatte®

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 150g Galbani Dolcelatte® Piccante
  • 6 Belgium endive lettuces
  • 100g ham
  • 10g chives
  • Salt & pepper

FROM 30 TO 60 MIN

Wash the lettuce. Boil some salted water, add the juice of a lemon and
cook in it the lettuce for about 10 minutes. Drain and let them cool and
cut in half. Wrap the ham round each half. Put them in a baking dish
and top with cubed Dolcelatte Piccante. Bake for about 7-8 minutes
in a hot oven 200°C, garnish with the chives and sprinkle with some
ground black pepper.
