Galbani Dolcelatte® Piccante is a new creamy and full flavoured Italian blue cheese matured for up to 90 days. Dolcelatte® Piccante has won Best Vegetarian Cheese Award at Nantwich Cheese Show 2008. It is delicious spread on crusty bread, cubed in salads, melted in soups or over pasta dishes and is perfect as part of a cheeseboard. To enjoy Dolcelatte® Piccante at its best, remove the cheese from the fridge an hour before serving.
